This week of earnings gives us a chance to use these leading stocks as trading indicators for the entire market.
AAPL lowered guidance too, and stock futures are trading negative.
This gives us a chance to buy stocks at lower prices. It certainly gives day traders much desired volatility.
The key strategy unfolding is for the next 3 months.
We'll monitor the order flow for continued price action that mimics the earnings guidance.
If we see a continuation of the selling, our bias shifts to the short side of the market.
We aren't there yet because most of the weekly charts remain well-bid.
