Trading Game Plan: 11-4-20

California voters carried Uber and Lyft to victory, overwhelmingly approving Proposition 22, a ballot measure that allows gig economy companies to continue treating drivers as independent contractors.

Uber, Lyft and the delivery service DoorDash designed the measure to exempt the companies from a state labor law that would have forced them to employ drivers and pay for health care, unemployment insurance and other benefits. (Source NY Times)

UBER is in my game plan for today for an initial swing trade entry.

NLS traded into a bull flag last week and gave us a new entry yesterday as the stock went "well bid."

NIO continues to march higher into the 40 target, so today the stock is a day trade for me, I'm waiting for a pause for a few days before entering a new swing trade.

OSTK consolidated for two days and comes into today as one of my top picks for a trend day.
